Low Stress Trainers (LST) for all you 90 degree bending needs. Helps spread out your canopy so your buds aren't stacked competing for light. Easy to use and reusable one 25 pack should do a couple of plants depending how big you grow them.
To use just slowly bend new growth to fit into the trainer. Let sit for 2 weeks max then remove, the branch will stay and you can re-use the trainer.
